I was a conveyancing solicitor myself for 35+ years, and senior partner of my own solicitors practice, so I know what I am talking about when I say that if you want your deal to be successful, instruct Spencer McGuire. He doesn't lose time. He doesn't get distracted by inessentials. In my case, he told the other solicitor "pull your finger out and do the report" - and they did! You never know what you'll get with a solicitor you choose at random. If you are buying or selling anywhere in London, I strongly recommend you choose Spencer McGuire and take the risk out of the equation.
