UKHSE ran a well organised Fire Wardens course. The back office detail, e.g information on getting to the venue etc was faultless. I find these courses are fairly standard - it is the person running it that makes a difference. In this instance the guy that delivered the course was very good and kept it interesting.

The instructor was polite and very engaging - no yawning in the room! He expressed how different the course was carried out by the trainer … it was more informative, a test was set after each section. The venue was good with plenty of parking.
